Help shaped around your childand around what the whole family is carrying

Families come to me with all sorts of things — worry, behaviour, school, a diagnosis. I listen to you first, then we decide where to begin. I work with children, teenagers and parents in Rishon LeZion, in person and online.

    Who I work with

    Who I help

The easiest place to start is whatever feels closest to your family. Find yourself here — I'll match the kind of help to the situation.

    Ages 2–12

    Children

I help a child feel understood — and find the words, or a way, to work through what's inside. Through talking, play, and work with parents.

    Ages 13–18

    Teenagers

A space where a teen isn't judged. We work through stress, mood, relationships and questions of identity — at their pace.

    Parents & caregivers

You can come without your child. I help parents understand what is happening, respond with more confidence, and make room for their own emotional needs too.

    ASD · ADHD

    Autism & neurodevelopment

Assessment and steady support for autism, ADHD and learning differences — with attention to a child's strengths, not just the diagnosis.

    Behavioural problems

Aggression, outbursts and defiance are rarely 'just character'. I work with both the child and the parents, so home feels calmer again.

    How I can help

The kinds of help I offer

Four ways of working. Which one fits you usually becomes clear after the first conversation.

You do not need to choose a format before you contact me. We begin with the difficulty, then decide what kind of support makes sense.

    01

    Parent guidance

Coaching and concrete, usable tools for parenting and everyday behaviour. This is work with you, not therapy for the child.

    02

    Psychotherapy

Individual therapy for children and teens — for anxiety, low mood, trauma, and difficulties with self-esteem and emotions.

    03

    Psychological counseling

Shorter, focused help with a specific difficulty, life transition or crisis — for teenagers and families.

    04

    Assessment & diagnosis

Formal, report-backed evaluations accepted by schools, committees and health funds.
